1. About the App

Snappier IPTV ("the App") is an IPTV player application developed by Snappy Code. The App allows you to watch content from your own IPTV providers. We do not provide, host, or distribute any IPTV services, channels, streams, or content.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

You are responsible for the IPTV services and content you access through the App.
You will only use the App with IPTV services you are legally entitled to access.
You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the content you view.
You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. No Content Liability

Snappy Code has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, quality, legality, or availability of any IPTV service or stream you access through the App. All content is provided by third-party IPTV providers that you choose to use.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Premium features are available through in-app purchases and subscriptions via the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Snappy Code. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Stream playback quality depends on your IPTV provider and network connection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappy Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
